BPM Role - Master Black Belt - IT/Software Projects

Market Job Description:

Responsible for the management of individuals and matrixed teams focused on designing work processes and/or defining business quality requirements.

Evaluates business processes to determine gaps, risks and opportunities in order to prioritize design efforts and achieve maximum economic gain for the company.

Provides direction and training of direct reports and matrixed staff. Partners with senior managers to allocate and coordinates resources and determine appropriate staff levels.

May coach teams in six sigma process and tools.

Market Skills and Certifications :

Should be a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Worked with senior leaders & handled large scale transformation projects (Software/IT) involving cross functional stakeholders across geographies.

Good exposure to Analytics Delivery processes, cutting edge process management technologies and digitization frameworks. Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills.
