BPM-Process Excellence -Senior Consultant at Gurgaon / Bangalore

We are looking out for Process Excellence Consultant.

BS/BE/B.Pharm, With MBA from Tier 1/2 Business School

- 8+ Years with at least 5+ years experience in business process re-engineering / transformation engagements, and analysis in Healthcare (Payer)/Pharma/Provider sector.

- Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt

- Demonstrated experience in executing/ leading large scale business process re-engineering projects for Fortune 500 clients in Pharma/ Life Sciences/ Healthcare/ Medical Devices Industry

- Proven expertise in successful application of process improvement methodologies viz. Lean, Six Sigma, and CEMM

- Ability to create and demonstrate quantifiable business benefits to internal senior management/client stakeholders

- Well versed with current trends and upcoming innovations in the Pharma & Healthcare Ecospace .

The candidate should possess specific, deep and demonstrated expertise in the following skills / experiences profiles:

- End to End Business Analysis/ BPR / BPM Solution Implementation Expertise

- Well versed with Lean, Six Sigma, CEMM and/or other process improvement methodologies

- Expertise on one or more key Pharma, Payer, Provider, etc. Lifecycle Processes

- Ununderstand business processes in various provider set ups like hospital chains, network hospitals, acute care centers (emergency rooms) etc.

- Experience in Claims Management / Adjudication processes in a managed care organization.

- Process expertise around core hospital operations areas like Referral /Preadmission, registration & admission administration, clinical operations, pharmacy and materials management, and business support functions

- Implementation of hospital information system covering all the process areas of hospitals and other care settings. (preferred)

- Experience in managing business functions like brand management, marketing, clinical research operations, regulatory governance, R&D, etc. in a Pharma/Medical Device company
