Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Should have experience of Heading and incubating the BPM/DE Practices
Should have managed P&L of 25 to 30 Mn.
Should have managed span of min 250 people
Should have performed Pre-Sales or Customer Facing Roles
Should have managed Alliances in the past
Have excellent Customer Facing Skills
Should have good interpersonal skills
Should come with prior or current experience in Delivery.
Should be able to identify and mitigate project/program risks
Experience into effective client management systems and technology deliveries and influencing at the senior-most levels in the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
Should have knowledge/experience on Agile Methodologies
Should be capable to be a Mentor in building teams and enhance technical skills for the team.
Key Skills and Competencies
Candidate should be from Tier 1 organization
Provisioned with Pega oracle/other BPM products
Effective communicator, proactive planner with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
Quick learner with an ability to scale up and flexible on work timings
Assertive and solution-oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to processes
Proficient with MS – Office - Excel, Word & Power point
