BPM Analyst/Consultant - F&A/BFSI Domain

Urgent opening for BPM Analyst/Consultant or Re-engineering consultant.

- Requirement is to target profiles with experience in working and handling Re-engineering/consulting (Six Sigma GB/BB and Lean certified associates) engagements in Finance & Accounting domain or in BFSI domain ( 1st priority - retail banking and cards 2nd priority- capital market, investment banking, wealth management with good understanding of back office and middle office operations). Knowledge of UK finance regulation will be added advantage.

- Candidate should have good handle on process modeling tools like IBM Blueworkslive, TIBCO, Open text Metastorm etc.

- Should have understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) project life cycle.

- Should have good hold on process analysis. Should be able identify and define KPIs for the process. Should be able to identify bottlenecks, gaps, inefficiency in the process. Able to provide innovative solutions for process transformation not limited to lean suggestions but also includes solution in IT system like workflow implementation, system consolidation or rationalization etc.

- Should hold good communication, excel and presentation preparations skills. Good in stakeholder management where candidate should be able to interact with senior management and in some cases even with CXOs. Other stakeholder to manage are IT, Ops, Risk and Compliance team etc.

Qualification: CA, MBA in Finance, Graduate in Commerce.
