Job Role: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER
Position: Full-time HYBRID working, Remote plus Work from Office
Travel & Commutation: 15-20% external facing, meetings, events etc.
Detailed Position Description:
Reporting Structure: Location Head/Head of Operations - India
Design Plus Content team management, vendor management where necessary
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Interacting with client/leadership team to understand stakeholder's business problems, defining campaign strategy, executing brand plan, and delivering the analytical solution to the desired problems
- Conceptualize the design & delivery methodology for business problems and propose an end-to-end process flowchart for the project/business problem with possible set of statistical solutions.
- Responsible for discussing and finalizing the above methodology with the stakeholder, getting their buy-in, and guiding the offshore resources on the selected procedures.
- Communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Understand the nature of the data and how it relates to the problem at hand.
- Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long-term projects.
- Ensure delivery is smooth and error free. Document work and process, create simple to use templates, future-proof existing and new projects for independent use in future
- Communicate analysis and recommendations to all levels of the business through written and verbal communications. Follow up with client for any modifications and feedback.
- Carry out all aspects of project management including work planning, estimation, scope refinement, quality, and delivery
- Communicate difficult messages to the client with persuasiveness and sensitivity so that delivery and business is not impacted
- Have excellent skills in making developing power-point presentations and sales collateral.
- Being part of sales presentations and contributing to RFPs/RFIs thereby being able to win new business from existing and new clients.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience into Marketing & Corporate Communications/Internal & External/social media/Marketing Research/Customer Loyalty Analytics/CSATs
- Ability to think: Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working with US/Global clients
- Excellent MS skills other technology tools viz. social media platforms, SEO and other analytics engines. Usage of Virtual event platforms and video solutions, Blogs, Vlogs, Podcasts etc.
- Proven experience in UI/UX tools viz. designs, videos, and CMS.

Education & Experience:
- PG in marketing/mass communication/media studies

- Conducted corporate/ecosystem events in the last 2 years
