Product Scoping :

1. A preliminary market research

2. A preliminary technical research

3. A preliminary financial and business assessment

Product Development :

1. Sourcing the Contract manufacturing companies.

2. Survey of the product

3. Finalization of product quality.

4. Agreement coordinator with CM companies

5. Looking after Packaging process

6. Labelling

Product Launching :

1. Marketing strategy

2. Promotion

3. Liaising with marketing staff
