Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration with the Projects Directors
- Ensure that contracts and subcontracts, tenders issued and proposals received are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
- Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
- Oversee of the contract management process and document management.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all legal-related matters.
- Interacting with vendors, suppliers and internal employees as necessary.
- To support in registration and incorporation of new legal entity
- To ensure timely update of licenses and related Government requirements of all the contracts in scope
- To ensure update of company documents , authorized signatories etc. .
- To look at all litigation related documents / process and procedures related to the company.
