Role - Business Finance Manager

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities :

1. Finance Partner with SBU leaders to develop both strategic and tactical business plans - involves business reporting of PL, OKRs etc.

2. Drive financial results closure (MIS), monthly re-forecasts, and key cost and revenue drivers to support the PL objectives.

3. Actively supporting business leaders on decisions by creating robust financial models - involves pricing strategy, promotions and offers.

4. Strategic dealer financial modelling and financial assessments of dealers for enabling high growth of dealer network.

5. Build robust systems to enable budgets management & analysis thereby driving data driven decision making.

6. Presentations, analysis and dialogue with business partners around budget and spends to optimize profitability and return-on-investment.

Candidate requirements:

1. Knowledge in creating business models in excels and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations.

2. Financial acumen with understanding of financial forecasting & reporting

3. Self-starter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges

4. Independent thinking and problem-solving

5. Ability to work in an agile framework in a dynamic environment
