Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of employees. Their primary goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees to improve job performance, productivity, and overall business success.This role plays a critical part in the organization's talent development strategy, focusing on creating a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, then develop strategies to address these gaps.

2.Training Program Design: Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

3.Content Development: Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and other training resources.

4.Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and engagingly.

5.Onboarding: Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

6.Performance Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to employees, helping them apply newly acquired skills on the job.

7.Evaluation and Assessment: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of training programs. Use feedback and data to make continuous improvements.

8.Learning Technology: Stay updated on the latest e-learning and learning management systems (LMS) to recommend and implement technology solutions that enhance the learning experience.

9.Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training vendors and monitor the quality and effectiveness of their services.

Qualifications:

~Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus

~1+ Years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and modern training methodologies.

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and technologies.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
