Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process and developing effective talent acquisition strategies. They are responsible for coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager also leads employer branding initiatives, builds relationships with potential candidates, and forecasts hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Determine selection criteria and job requirements for various positions.

- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.

Sourcing and Candidate Evaluation:

- Utilize various channels, including social platforms and professional networks, to source potential candidates.

- Conduct screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates.

Recruitment Process Management:

- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Design job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.

Employer Branding and Recruitment Events:

- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Relationship Building and Talent Pipeline:

- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

- Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates to nurture relationships.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and hiring trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.

- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong understanding of different roles within organizations and their specific requirements.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data.

- Ability to build relationships and network effectively.

Location: Gurugram

Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
