Position Overview:
Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various social media platforms.
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers, including but not limited to bloggers, vloggers, social media personalities, and industry experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and product launches.
- Negotiate partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring mutual benefit and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including content creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies into campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on influencer marketing investments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer marketing efforts with other marketing channels and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on influencer marketing campaigns to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 2-3 years proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or technology.
- Strong network of influencers and industry contacts; skilled at identifying and engaging relevant personalities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for spotting opportunities in influencer partnerships.
- Proficient in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools/software.
- Data-driven mindset; adept at analyzing campaign performance metrics for actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and market dynamics.
- Passion for consumer electronics, staying updated on industry trends and innovation.
