Boult Audio - Head - Finance - CA

We are looking for a Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.

Location: Gurugram

Exp:10 -18 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the operational budgeting, annual plans, banking & treasury, working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivable, payables and capex controlling

- Handle Taxation, GST and TDS compliances for the company

- Draft, implement, align & maintain the accounting guideline / policies

- Reporting under International Financial reporting standards

- Evaluate and decide on investments

- Identification of process GAP's to mitigate critical risks

- Maintain the monthly & quarterly and yearly Balance Sheet, MIS & Financial reporting along with variances analysis

- Strategizing focus areas on business growth with cross functional teams

- Investor Relations

Qualification:

- 8+ Years of working experience

- CA degree will be preferred

- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping

- Solid analytical and decision-making skills]
