Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop, implement and communicate the organization's strategic plan.
E-Commerce Management:
- Overseeing the team's operations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Communication:
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the organization, ensuring smooth flow of information.
Performance Management:
- Monitoring the organization's performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to drive better outcomes.
New Product Identification:
- Analyzing market trends for existing categories and identifying what new products to bring to the market.
New Category Expansion:
- Being up to date with all new categories in the electronics industry and identifying entry strategies that could benefit company growth.
Financial Planning and Reconciliation:
- Planning financial payments along with the CEO and reconciling with all platforms for payments, credit and debit notes.
CRM, ORM and Product Improvement:
- Ensuring customer feedback is being managed well and transferring learning from E-commerce to product team for product improvement.
Hiring:
- Identifying required roles in the team and working closely with the TA team to close active roles.
