Position Overview:
Job Title: Content Specialist
Department: Marketing
Location: Gurugram (HQ)
Reports To: Marketing Lead
Type of Position: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing and business goals.
- Work closely with the social media team to create content for social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all written content. Ensure content is aligned with the company & values, messaging, and style guidelines.
- Write scripts for video content, manage video shoots, coordinate with videographers and production teams, and oversee the editing process to ensure high-quality video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Content Writer (1-3 years ), Copywriter, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Experience with multimedia content creation (video, graphics) is a plus.
- Experience in script writing and managing video shoots.
