Lead Brand Strategy, Positioning and Communications:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
- Define and refine brand positioning to ensure consistency across all touch points.
- Oversee all brand communication efforts to align with brand values and business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into all company operations.
Category Marketing Management:
- Manage marketing activities across different product categories to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to drive category growth.
- Develop and execute category-specific marketing plans that align with overall brand strategy.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns within each category. Go-to-Market(GTM) Strategy for All Product Launches:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches to ensure successful market entry.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and other relevant teams to align on launch goals and timelines.
- Create detailed launch plans, including marketing activities, timelines, and budgets.
- Track and evaluate the performance of product launches and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Partnership and Influencer Management:
- Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Develop and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive engagement.
- Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Monitor and measure the impact of partnerships and influencer activities.
Performance Marketing:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better performance.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success.
Paid Media (Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL)):
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels.
- Develop media strategies that align with brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively.
- Oversee the execution of media buys, including negotiating with vendors andmanaging budgets.
- Analyze the performance of paid media campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensurehigh performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team membersto build a skilled and motivated marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
