The current state of automation and robotics which enables many of these manufacturing processes, however does not allow for this versatility.

Machines from different vendors each use their own proprietary programming interfaces, are not designed to easily speak with each other, and often require complex and customised programs to integrate them together. Being a robotics manufacturer ourselves once, we have been through these challenges and we understand how frustrating it can get.

Our vendor agnostic software platform, syncOS is designed to seamlessly integrate different automation systems using a simple and intuitive no-code interface. We believe this can help make automated process much more versatile and nimble than has been possible before, and is what the industry needs.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our project team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing cutting-edge robotics solutions while ensuring effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex robotics and automation projects across Asia from inception to deployment, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and software developers

- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

- Manage project budgets and resource allocation

- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

- Drive technical decision-making processes while balancing business requirements

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in robotics or advanced technology projects involving AMRs and AGVs

- Strong technical background with understanding of robotics systems, control systems, and software development

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects

- PMP certification or equivalent preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

Technical Skills:

- Familiarity with robotics hardware and software integration

- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)

- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations in robotics and/or automation

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Soft Skills:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

- Excellence in team leadership and motivation

- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset

- Strong organizational and time management skills
