Skills :
MBA/MCA/BCA Or Any IT degree with minimum - 2-3- years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
Software services sales experience in USA and Europe.
Understanding of different ways to generate leads and close deals - SEO, Direct Selling, Bidding, Social Media.
To ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level by understanding clients needs delivering project needs within timelines.
Closes new business deals, Developing and negotiating contracts, Up-selling Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives with Active Participation in pricing the solution/service.
Responsibilities :
Business development including target market identification, Lead generation, Calling and finally Opportunity conversions from lead to client.
Ability to research client & company background through websites and other channels.
Direct selling, negotiation and key account management.
Develop know-how on service offerings to leverage in lead generation and research process.
Creating value propositions and presentations for prospects and proposals.
Identify business prospects, Leading the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
