BotLab Dynamics - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

- Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.

Product Development and Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to develop and launch innovative drone products or services.

- Ensure product development aligns with technical feasibility, user experience, and market demands.

- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and iteration.

Customer and Market Engagement:

- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their pain points and requirements.

- Develop strategies for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained adoption.

Performance and Analytics:

- Set and track product performance metrics (e.g., adoption rates, revenue, customer satisfaction).

- Continuously evaluate product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the drone, aerospace, or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of UAV technology, regulations, and applications.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with drone hardware, software, or payload systems.

- Experience working in fast-paced, start-up environments.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance related to drones (e.g., FAA, DGCA, EASA).
