We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to work in Financial Institutions domain. The candidate will join as Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within the BCG Knowledge Team. This professional will work closely with the Asset & Wealth Management segment and will contribute in building proprietary knowledge efforts including, benchmarking, market sizing, and other topical efforts. The Lead Knowledge Analyst will interact with both local and international teams and use an extensive collection of internal and external information resources to gather, filter, synthesize, package and deliver information to case teams and clients.

Work with Wealth Management/Private Banking experts in a leading role by collaborating and maintaining the development of knowledge

- Supports the development of knowledge through participation in knowledge infrastructure projects, such as conducting industry benchmarking, developing market sizing analyses, creating databases, contributing to whitepapers and other written material, based on rigorous analysis

- Works closely with experts to build, disseminate, and commercialize BCG's intellectual property

- Controls quality & supervises contribution / updates to existing topic

- Develops content for go-to-market materials

- Promotes innovation at BCG by identifying knowledge capture opportunities

- Contributes to building sector/topic/teams Liaises with multiple stakeholders to deliver work products

Work with case and proposal teams in a leading role by providing industry expertise

- Scopes knowledge needs of case teams & liaises with other knowledge teams to address them

- Provides industry insights including analytical services for client work

- Acts as thought partner, establishes credibility with case teams and provides problem solving & topic/sector expertise

- Supports BCG partners and principals on proposal, lead preparation and other marketing activities

- Takes the lead in designing and developing written materials tailored to specific clients in support of business development and proposal efforts

Manage projects

- Manages KT team on projects, ensures execution & is responsible for overall quality

- Leads the communication and manages workflow to ensure case team satisfaction

- Reviews & assesses the relevancy of documents in existing topic/sector-related knowledge base

"Lead" teams

- Advises, shares knowledge & trains more junior KT team members

- Designs the on-boarding schedule, & provides day-to-day apprenticeship & coaching for new KT staff with guidance from Knowledge Expert

- Comprehensive knowledge of wealth management/private banking industry (players, products and markets) and well-aware of recent trends shaping the industry

- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

- Strong project management skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization

- Ability to work with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment, prioritize requests and manage expectations of clients

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, work ethic and service-mentality; ability to build trust and rapport with team members and clients Strong problem solving skills

- Effective written & verbal communication

- Experience of working in a global environment

- 5-6 years of Financial Institutions (ideally wealth management/private banking) industry experience or 4+ years of consulting, including analytical/market sizing/benchmarking experience

- Master's degree
