Role: Solution Design Expert (Assistant/Deputy Manager)

Job Description
- Convert customers requirement in to an BPO solution concept
- Proposal Building
- Responsible for designing possible alternatives for entire service delivery from an outsourced customer location
- Work with IT solution providers to design & develop solutions enabling customers to derive value propositions from BPO solution
- Experience of working on RFX cycles & submissions
- Co-ordinate & work with Sales, Corporate and Delivery teams for content development of proposals
- Participate in workshops/Pre-sales efforts for converting potential leads to business opportunities
- Customer Engagement along with Sales Team
- Collateral Management: Develop collateral and case studies
- Strategic focus on business development
- Conduct/participate in Study at Prospect Organization thru data collection & validation workshops etc
- Develop/review contractual documents within legal needs / develop KPI’s/SLAs
Key Skills: F&A and SCM solution designing, Business Proposals/Business case development, RFx, Transition and Service delivery
Profile Requirements
- Incumbent should have 10-12 years of total experience
- 6-8 years in F&A and SCM BPO with Solution designing, Business Proposal writing and Transition as core work area
- Qualification: BCOM; MBA preferable
- Must have excellent communication skills - spoken and written
- Exposure to international clients interacting at senior management level
- Must have good BPO insight – various solutions in use, tools and application, connectivity, quality and certification requirements etc.
- Exposure to ERP solutions (end user knowledge) – SAP, Oracle etc; and IT solutions (BPM, Cloud etc.)
- Project management skills
