Job Description :

We are looking for technology enthusiasts to work on Phantom AI IoT Platform.

In this role, your responsibilities include :

- Define the product feature set and roadmap by analyzing customer needs and pain points, understanding market trends, and bringing a unique value proposition to the product

- Develop and manage the product roadmap and lifecycle from conception, planning, launch, sales growth to end of life.

- Contribute to the development of the product vision, strategy and target markets in line with customer needs, market trends, the Phantom IoT strategy and thereby create new revenue opportunities.

- Develop and document detailed technical and business requirements, and work with User Experience, technical marketing and engineering architects and product owners to elaborate and refine the requirements for implementation

- Guide product development through the build-launch process to ensure delivery of the right product features to market within the agreed timescales

- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, defining the key buyers and influencers, and assisting Marketing to develop compelling messaging

- Drive product innovation based on customer needs and architectural capabilities of the product for the broader Phantom portfolio

- Develop timely business, economic, market and competitive intelligence analysis to support strategic planning initiatives, business prioritization and target new markets

Qualifications :

Desired Skills :

- 10-15 years experience with a strong background on either/and IoT, Cloud, SaaS products

- 2+ years experience in IoT/ SaaS product management

- Strong understanding of modern SaaS software development, incl. methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, CI/CD,and an understanding of SaaS infrastructure services such as RBAC, IAM, UI frameworks, APIs and micro-services.

- Good experience and proficient understanding of AWS cloud platform - API, S3, EC2, Serverless application using Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, especially in the Cloud IOT areas

- Demonstrated project leadership including successfully defining and launching product innovations

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Educational Qualifications :

- BE or ME in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management and Masters Business Administration (MBA)

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with ETL and Big Data Analytics concept

- Good knowledge in using Versioning tools usage (Git)

- Proficient with OOPs concept.

- Working knowledge of NoSQL DB such as mongoDB, AWS dynamoDB and of RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL

- AWS certification(s)

- Experience in cloud DevOps and Infra deployment using tools such as AWS cloud formation or terraform
