Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech

Work experience: 4 to 6 years

Tasks

- Requirements Management activities (Experience of Database mgmt tools e.g Telelogic DOORs, Requirements base lining, Change request handling, Document tracking, Traceability mgmt)

- Overview of Project management activities to actively involve in project discussions with Project managers

- Customer satisfaction and Customer management

- Ability to work independently and interact seamlessly with the customers and all stake holders involved in the project (Prj Mgmt, SW Team, HW team, Production, Sales, Testing teams etc…)

- Involvement in Team discussions and meetings

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in handling any Requirements managements tool

- Good overview and understanding of Project life cycle and involved activities like Customer requirements mgmt, Internal requirements, Change request process and Change request management, Project plan, Create and Maintain features traceability (RDCT)

- Strong process management, project management, configuration management, stakeholder management and team handling skills

- Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills is a must

- Willing to work independently

- Ability to conduct and drive process control meetings with entire project team and identify crucial points for betterment of project activities

- Experience in Automotive domain

Additional Skills

- Good analytical & communication skills (oral & written)

- Basic understanding of German (Not mandatory)

- Customer Interaction skills
