Email Marketing Specialist:
Demand Generation Email Marketing Specialist will lead the development, execution, and optimization of global email campaigns to drive qualified pipeline growth.
This role requires expertise in orchestrating multiple simultaneous email campaigns targeting verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives all within an ABM framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and achieving strategic goals, including creating blocks/templates, HTML, asset coordination, QA, segmentation building, and scheduling.
- Sales push: Skilfully navigate sales conversations to understand customer needs and negotiate pricing, terms, and Build rapport and trust with potential customers while maintaining ongoing communication to nurture long-term business relationships.
- Email Scheduling: Co-manage and execute master Email marketing calendar to create more targeted campaigns, and low email saturation.
- Marketing Automation & Integration: Master the use of marketing technology for efficient campaign delivery.
- Optimize Email Creative and Templates: Work in partnership with internal teams to optimize Email creative, blocks and templates based on performance and insights, as well as best practices and ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Data & Analytics: Segment audiences in our CDP for targeted campaigns, employ A/B testing for continuous improvement, and monitor campaign performance to drive optimizations.
- Develop a testing calendar and report that includes subject line, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, segments, send time, and new features intended to drive.
- Deal Closure and Account Management: Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and follow up on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction using automation tools to maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement: Generate comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics and continuously analyze sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize outreach campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Keep abreast of global data privacy laws and email/SMS marketing regulations, ensuring all campaigns are compliant and reflect industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in email marketing and demand generation.
- Experience executing campaigns in ex-US markets, including familiarity with content localization processes and an understanding of basic market-specific cultural preferences across geographies like UAE, UK, and USA.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Salesforce and Marketo, with a strong track record in driving successful marketing initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with email regulations (GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CASL), deliverability, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative problem-solver with exceptional project management, analytical, presentation and technical skills.
- Highly motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a diverse team while demonstrating highly effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
