We are looking for an experienced Business/P&L Head to lead our real estate business development and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities in residential and commercial real estate. Develop strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and guide them in property selection.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement sales strategies to meet business goals. Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to inform business strategy.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Lead negotiations to secure optimal deals.
- Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversion of leads into closed deals. Oversee deal closing and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service, gather feedback, and address client concerns.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance and profitability to senior management.
