Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and pursue qualified leads.

- Convert leads into profitable client engagements, including digital campaigns, video projects (TVC, DVC), and brand partnerships.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, exploring opportunities for account expansion.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies to secure strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, account management) to ensure seamless client project execution and delivery.

Industry Expertise & Market Insights:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to uncover new business prospects.

- Possess an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and branding trends.

Proposal & Presentation Skills:

- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to clients, showcasing the agency's capabilities and unique selling points.

- Possess excellent presentation and persuasion skills, tailoring messages to different stakeholders.

Performance & Growth Mindset:

- Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition metrics.

- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency by fostering a positive and high-performing business culture.

- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development and Strategic Partnership roles within the advertising, marketing, or media industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
