Boni - Founder's Office Role

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the founder to manage the day-to-day operations of the company

- Act as the main point of contact between the founder and the rest of the team

- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion

- Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities for the company

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

- Assist with fundraising efforts and investor relations

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community

- Help build a strong and positive company culture

- Represent the company at various events and conferences

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a bonus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate others

- Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus
