Role Description

The individual will be part of the Merchant Banking Team

Drafting of Offer Documents

- Liaison with clients, legal counsels, registrar, share transfer agents, auditors and other intermediaries

- Liaison with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL and other authority as per requirement.

- Manage proper documentation as required by the Merchant banker

- Advising clients on good corporate governance practices and compliances to various applicable Acts and guidelines.

- Framing Policies as required under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations

- Identify leads for Origination and follow up, work towards converting those leads into further meetings

The individual must have self-driven attitude and eventually be ready for client facing role.

- Originate business through identification of MB opportunities, direct follow up with corporate or build relationship with intermediaries (CA, CS, Consultants, Lawyers, etc).

- Preparation of Presentation and MIS and coordinating with companies for adherence of SEBI and MCA compliance

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goal.
