Bombinate - Senior Product Manager - Koo

Koo is an Indian micro-blogging platform being made for the world. Our vision is to connect people around the world on the basis of their thoughts and language of preference. People connect better and more meaningfully when they can meet and interact with others that speak the same language. With that insight, we cater to millions of users today and help them connect with each other. Users create and share their thoughts in their mother tongue and follow other people to get a customized feed.

We are looking to strengthen our product team. You will be a part of the team that creates a product for a prospective billion users. You will work with a very talented and high performance team that includes the founder, product managers, other designers and engineers.

Senior Product Manager's Role:

- Be a part of the team that helps create a product for a billion users

- Understand the user and their requirement

- Create solutions to enrich their experience on Koo

- Improve funnels on our app & web products

- Own and drive key input and output metrics

- Help better our internal systems

- Use analytics to better the systems & products

- Manage the team of PMs, product designers and manage cross-function relations with engineering, analtytics and ops

You will be working with the Co-founder directly. Salary and ESOPs are negotiable.

Koo is a product lead company and this role is very crucial. You'll work directly with the co-founders who are keen product folks themselves. We are looking for people who have:

- The ability to navigate a soft product like Koo

- A keen understanding of human psychology and behaviour

- The ability to build defensibility in the product framework and build systems that deliver accumulative value over time

- The ambition to create for one of the largest markets in the world

- And the humility to keep learning new ways of doing things and the flexibiilty in execution
