About Role :
- We're hiring an Operations Manager - Trust and Safety. This role is a key leadership role within the operations team.
- The requirement is to build and implement the operations strategy to make Koo the most trusted regional language thoughts and opinions platform in India. .
- Improving safety of the platform through operational, data and product levers.
- Lead the operations team managing the Trust and Safety related escalations.
- Proactively identifying players trying to misuse the Koo platform and implement policy and operational risk management measures.
- Work with Tech and Policy teams to implement systems and processes related to platform trust and safety.
- Own key metrics for the Trust and Safety team and continuously improve the systems and processes to meet the key goals.
Required Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in operations and team management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends Data
Investigative skills :
- Experience of Working with Legal Team on statutory compliance & Policy framing
- Experience of content moderation, familiarity with internet policies
- Proven track record of achieving results in a large cross-functional orgs.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in building and managing Trust and Safety business function
- Previous experience in Market Place fraud detection and resolution.
- Competency in Excel, SQL and other technical skills a plus
