Koo is an Indian micro-blogging platform being made for the world. Our vision is to connect people around the world on the basis of their thoughts and language of preference. People connect better and more meaningfully when they can meet and interact with others that speak the same language. With that insight, we cater to millions of users today and help them connect with each other. Users create and share their thoughts in their mother tongue and follow other people to get a customized feed.
We are looking to augment our growth team with a leader. You will work with a very talented and high performance team that includes the founder, product managers, other business teams and engineers.
Growth Head's Role:
- Define and drive growth objectives of user and creator acquisition and usage
- Koo wants to get to 250 million monthly active users and 10 million monthly active creators
- User & creator acquisition strategy & execution
- User & creator retention strategy & execution
- Achieving growth at minimal or no cost
- Managing Koo's visibility
- Creating a preference for Koo among creators

You will be working with the Co-founder directly. Salary and ESOPs are negotiable.
