Key Responsibilities:
- Generating leads from the addressable markets.
- Understand the EV charging pain points in gated communities and cater to a tailor-made solution for the RWAs.
- Fixing and attending valid meetings in a daily, weekly, and monthly manner to achieve the targets given.
- Assessing the infrastructure requirements to install Bolt.
- Earth chargers by conducting a detailed site assessment.
- Promote our line of chargers, install, and generate revenue from Builders and RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations).
- Maintain relationships with past closures to upsell to them.
Must-Have:
- 3 - 7 years of experience in Builder/RWA/Residential/Real estate sales.
- Prior sales background in the Builder/RWA sales segment preferred.
- Should come with good connections with Builders and gated communities
