Since 2017, we have installed 36,000+ charging points across 1,400+ cities, serving over 207,000 active users and dispensing 2,300MWh+ of energy. Our diverse range of Level 1, 2, and 3 chargers, combined with a user-friendly mobile app, helps EV users easily locate, book, and pay for charging stations, breaking down barriers to EV ownership.

We are on a mission to build the world's largest and most trusted EV charging network, making EV adoption seamless, reliable, and accessible to all.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.

- Actively hunt for new business opportunities focusing on securing large-ticket size deals.

- Take complete ownership of client accounts, deliverables, and ongoing project success.

- Lead upselling and cross-selling efforts within existing key accounts to drive revenue.

- Analyze client needs and solve problems effectively, considering both technical and business aspects.

- Maintain active engagement with key clients to establish and grow long-term partnerships.

- Frequently travel to meet clients, understand their requirements, and strengthen relationships.

- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve assigned sales targets.

- Leverage business and technical tools to manage accounts and track performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in the EV ecosystem, to provide clients with insightful solutions.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (mandatory).

- 3-5 years of experience in hunting big clients and key account management.

- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to manage and analyze technical data related to existing accounts.

- Open to frequent domestic travel.

- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- High level of ownership and accountability.

- Proficiency in using business and technical tools.

- Knowledge of the EV industry is highly preferred.

- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred.
