Opportunity:

An opportunity for Tech CoFounder / CTO for the startup (Revenue Making) based in Bangalore (purely on equity basis).

Looking for candidates with a passion for entrepreneurship, get-go attitude and mettle to change the way we shop in India.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Candidate with minimum 4 -10 years of solid tech experience, preferably from IIT/NIT/BITS/PHDs, if not any engineering background is fine as long as he/she demonstrates the same intensity for tech

- Lead the entire back-end and front-end technology team and act as the go-to resource with in-depth knowledge of technology and product best practices and standards.

- Build scalable backend product architecture that scales through millions of pageviews and users

- Willingness to learn new technologies as required and able to incorporate machine-learning, AI and Big data as the product evolves.

Skills:

- Experience in leading the full cycle of web and mobile application development processes, from design to implementation

- Great analytical skills, data-driven decision making and evolution with technology trends

- Exposure to data science, machine learning and big data a plus

- Team player who takes ownership of work, detail and deadline oriented, with a strong work ethic

- Ability to build a technology team from scratch at a startup
