Position Description:

- Responsible for Boeing Fleet Management Material Operations activities in Singapore for warranty management

- Acquires data from various sources needed to complete warranty claims on behalf of the customer.

- Prepare warranty claims on behalf of Gold Care customers for parts and components owned by the customer.

- Interfaces with the customer on all warranty matters.

- Track warranty claims filed for components and aircraft and ensure warranty obligations are fulfilled by the OEM's.

- Assist in negotiations for warranty claims with the customer as needed.

- This is an International locally hired position, comp and benefits are determined at local level not part of US payroll.
