Position Description:

- We are seeking Supply Chain professionals to join our team as specialists in work relating to aircraft on the ground (AOG) situations.

- The Supply Chain Specialists are responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of Boeing Gold Care operations in Singapore with particular emphasis on maintaining customer satisfaction.

- The position will be responsible for repair or order management, inventory levels and controls, acquiring forecasting information from customers, and maintaining an excellent customer relationship in order to achieve contract and business plan goals.

- Successful candidates will assist in the development of processes and procedures to meet these goals and to support aircraft on the ground.

- Please note that shift work to cover a 24/7 operation may be required.

- This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll. Successful candidates may be hired into various Boeing levels, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Materials Management, preferably within an Airline Operations environment, is required.

- We are seeking candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplined team interfacing with customers and logistics providers.

- Applicants must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be capable of initiating action to solve day to day issues.

- Familiarity with Microsoft software is desired, to include Word, Excel, and Access.

- Experience using systems such as SAP would also be an advantage.
