India Lead - HR (Management Position)
Purpose:
To lead and manage the India HR function.

Your key responsibilities will be :
- Manages employees and first-level managers deploying HR processes policies and procedures and other activities to support counsel and educate managers and employees on HR issues.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
- Manages develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
- Work as a member of the IMEA HR team and Lead India specific HR programs, initiatives, business partner support and services to Boeing employees and specifically, manage the HR function to deliver HR support, services and provide guidance and direction to the Leadership team in India.
- Deliver HR activities to support a climate of trust and employee engagement which investigates employee concerns or complaints, develops resolutions, and counsels employees on a wide spectrum of matters including career and development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Prefer university level degree with a professional HR qualification
- Demonstrated experience of working in a multi-national blue-chip business to deliver HR business partner support. Experience of a US corporate is desirable.
- Proven track record of influencing skills and decision making to deliver HR support and services in a complex matrix environment.
- Proven track record delivering HR strategies and support to a commercial contract. Demonstrable ability to relate HR strategies to commercial and business goals and objectives
- Subject matter expertise in general and India specific HR policies, practices and legal framework.
- Demonstrable experience of leading HR Change Management initiatives
- Successful experience leading HR professionals to deliver HR support and services
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage the challenges and complexity of commercial contracts and complex, multi-skilled and culturally diverse environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility of approach and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, including IT skills and demonstrated ability to interpret, manipulate and present HR and business information.
- Proven track record in developing highly skilled proficient teams through organic growth and talent management.
