Job Description

- Leads implementation of various initiatives such as Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, etc.

- Conducts research and analysis necessary to counsel customer management on a wide range of HR issues and advises management on the interpretation and application of various human resources processes and policies.

- Investigates employee concerns or complaints, works with HR team to develop solutions.

- Plans and provides for the daily administration of various human resources processes such as Human Resources Management System.

- Maintains employee personnel files and HR documentation and materials.

- Develop an understanding of the India / Middle East labor compliances

- Works with HR team in the development and implementation of new or revised human resources programs, policies, processes and projects.

- Participates on special regional HR projects or teams as needed.

- Supports the in country HR Leader in any other activities as required.

Other Information:

- Located in Bangalore, India with regular travel.

- Covering all offices in India (New Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hindan, Rajali etc).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree with 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
