Position Description:

- Responsible for Boeing Fleet Management Material Operations activities in Singapore for emergent material requirements on all Boeing Gold Care managed airplanes

- Manage all daily operations for AOG and critical materials with the help of the 24 hour AOG planners and procurement agent

- Responsible for ensuring a seamless AOG process to support the Gold Care fleet in Singapore

- Mange the procurement of aircraft spares to support emergent requirements for Gold Care managed airplanes.

- Responsible for the material support of Gold Care managed airplanes outside of Singapore

- Responsible for the development of an AOG communication plan and its execution during operations.

- Work to develop and maintain relationships with the customer, the maintenance provider and internal Boeing teams and people.

- Work with customer, MRO and Boeing to ensure contractual requirements for AOG support are met.

- Responsible for the development and tracking of key performance indicators for overall critical requirements support

- Identify process ad procedure shortcomings and develop improvement plan with support of other Boeing integrated process teams.

- This is an International local hired position, compensation and benefits will be determined at local level, not part of US payroll.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Materials Management in an Airline Operations environment.

- Excellent customer service skills required.

- Knowledge of MRO processes and support of Airplane on ground (AOG) situations.

- Capable of initiating action to solve day to day operational issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

- Demonstrated team building skills required with a keen ability to develop and manage a diverse team efficiently.
