This requisition is for an Ethics Advisor (EA) position within Boeing Ethics and Business Conduct (EBC) organization, which is part of Boeing's Office of Internal Governance. The EA supports Boeing International leadership teams located in India.
The EA provides guidance, quality review and execution of Ethics and Business Conduct case management activity. The EA develops and executes business partner engagements and Ethics strategic initiatives and engages leadership to increase awareness and ensure mitigation of ethical risks in alignment with business objectives.
The EA also participates in improving operations and mitigating risks.
The Boeing Ethics program is focused on :
- Establishing, engaging and embedding an Open and Accountable Culture.
- Ensuring the appropriate compliance controls are defined and monitored for Ethics and Business Conduct processes.
- Executing effective and efficient case management processes that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
- As part of executing the EBC case management processes, the selected individual will be responsible for providing advice, counsel and interpretation of ethics and business conduct guidelines for appropriate solutions to an individual's concerns, inquiry, conflict of interest or allegations of misconduct.
Your key responsibilities will be :
- Initiating and coordinating investigations, as required, by identifying appropriate investigative agency (e.g., Audit, Human Resources, Legal, Management, Security, etc.).
- Monitoring progress and providing status and feedback to concerned parties.
- Coordinating with appropriate organization(s) to determine corrective action, if warranted.
- Confronting and addressing difficult issues to appropriate levels of management for remedial action.
- The selected individual will drive personal accountability for ethical decision-making throughout the business and thus aid the mitigation of business risks.
- The selected candidate will support business partner engagements in part by performing data and trend analyses and increasing Ethics and Compliance awareness through informal training.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
