Role Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to optimize operations, manage vendors, oversee order fulfilment, and enhance customer support.
The role demands strong leadership, efficiency, and strategic collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
- Build and optimize vendor relationships for quality and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts to lower costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor vendor performance via dashboards, address queries, and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee product sampling and ensure quality standards before product listings.
- Onboard and train vendors on platform usage and operational processes.
Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Drive process improvements for seamless operations.
Customer Support:
- Set up a 24-hour response framework using WhatsApp.
- Analyze feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborations & Revenue Generation:
- Partner with artists, influencers, and brands for exclusive merchandise collections.
- Drive revenue through strategic promotions and partnerships.
Cost Optimization & New Categories:
- Improve gross margins via cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Launch new product categories, ensuring operational excellence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Vendor performance: On-time delivery rate, cost savings.
- Order fulfillment: Processing time, successful deliveries.
- Customer satisfaction: Resolution time, NPS scores.
- Revenue growth: Sales from collaborations and new launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years in operations, supply chain, or vendor management (e-commerce preferred).
- Expertise in cost optimization and customer support systems.
- Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
