Position :- Manager – Direct Tax

Qualifications

- CA with relevant exposure.

- Additional qualification of CS will be an added advantage

Experience

- 4-7 years PQE in corporate tax & international tax

Main Priorities

- Understand the client and his needs.

- Execution of assignments based on client specification which may at times require work on various aspects like tax litigation, project advisory and tax compliance at the same. Keep complete track on assignment deliverable

- Developing the ability to identify newer opportunities within the existing clients.

- He/ She should be diligent regarding: Billing cycles and collections.

- Presenting innovative marketing ideas.

- Fine tune/draft the reports generated by team below them

- Deal with exchange control, FDI and other regulatory authorities.

- Thought leadership & ideation
