This position will be responsible for ensuring achievement of sales, channel partner management, service and commercial targets for New & Exisiting sales business for West Region .
- Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned territories through prospecting, constant follow up, strong sales techniques, knowledge of the Company s products and services .
- Gain a full understanding of the market and competitive landscape and utilize this information to target new business opportunities.
Sales Management :
- Formulate and drive implementation of strategies for sales, service and commercial functions in line with the Monthly and Annual Business Plan for respective territories.
- Seasonal business plan formation with knowledge of products offered and review on weekly basis.
- Build Market Intelligence- Competition Mapping/analysis, metrics which is important for the business.
- Marketing Information System for the company & distributors
- Experienced in lead and funnel management .Penetration for all location in retail, mbo and channel partners.
- Buy Planning & maintaining Commercial Discipline in the region.
- Drive channel expansion strategy through expansion of the channel partner network.
- Monitor and ensure adequate systems and processes are used to accurately capture sales performance, customer leads, manage customer databases, etc.
- Ensure that the performing dealers are recognized and more dealers developed -
- Visit the field on daily basis to penetrate the market .
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
MIS and Reporting :
- Deliver and Review regular reports on the territory business performance and provide the same to the senior management & head office.
- Assess product market data based on the reports prepared by secondary sales.
Key Requirements for the Job inlcude :
- A Post Graduation Degree
- 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- Must be a team player & high on taking initiatives
