Job Description :
Key roles would be
A. Supporting BMGI clients across industries through consulting and training services as per agreed scope of work and deliver business results exceeding our commitment and client expectations.
B. Manage client assignments as project manager involving mentoring fellow consultants, managing client relations, managing schedule, consulting efforts and billing leading to a win-win assignment for both client and BMGI
C. Generate new businesses through proactive effort involving generation of lead, designing proposal, managing lead to successful closure.
D. Create and publish thought leadership articles in specified industry on topics relevant for industry and aligned with BMGI services.
E. Manage various business generation initiatives leading to contribution into sales pipeline.
Desired Profile:
1) The right candidate should have a proven track record of managing change and delivering results on different types of business problems as an external consultant / internal consultant.
2) The candidate would have ideally worked as Change Management Leader/ Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt / Black Belt in practicing organisations, or as Engagement Manager in pure play management consulting firms focused on OPEX consulting.
3) Candidate should have sound knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean and Innovation tools, methodologies including their application in various industry environment. Formal certifications related to Six Sigma, Lean, Innovation would be mandatory. Candidates should be an MBA from a premier institute and Engineer from Tier 1 institutes.
4) Candidate must have a proven track record of generating new business in similar industry.
5 ) Candidates are expected to have strong written & oral communication skills, change management skills, analytical skills and structured problem solving skills.
