Senior Consultant – Lean Six Sigma
- The consultant would be involved in engagements of Lean and Six Sigma implementation in the client organisation. The key performance metric would be to deliver and exceed targeted business results for ensuring guaranteed success in the engagements undertaken. The role involves using BMGI’ world-class processes and proven methodologies and includes training and developing Lean Six Sigma Belts, opportunity assessment, project definition, project mentoring, and providing effective and efficient solutions.
- The position is based in Mumbai with extensive travel within India. The job may require posting abroad in APAC region based on specific client assignments
The Right Profile:
- Candidates having a very successful track record of delivering results, managing change onsite and engaging with senior leadership need only apply. The right candidates would be Master Black belts / Black Belts having experience in diverse domains / industries.
- The person should have led multiple improvement engagements as an internal / external consultant. Work experience of 9 - 12 years out of which at least 4 years should have been in training/ project mentoring on Lean and Six Sigma is required.
- Candidates are expected to have strong written & oral communication skills, analytical skills and structured problem solving skills. Certification related to Lean, Balanced Scorecard and Innovation would be an added advantage. Candidates must be Engineers from Tier 1 institutes with ideally an MBA from a premier institute.
