Key requirements for this role would be as follows
1. Engaging with clients and delivering business results which involve Business Diagnostics, Training interventions, supporting client teams in working on assigned process improvement projects
2. Engaging with clients and helping in planning and deploying strategy with tangible results
3. Engaging with client management and managing the relationship and generating future business
4. Develop industry expertise and generate new business through proactive efforts
5. Contribute in institution building activities for co-creating future
Desired Candidate Profile
- The right candidate should have a proven track record of managing change and delivering results on different types of business problems as an external consultant / internal consultant.
- The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience of leading process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
- Candidate should be an engineering graduate and ideally an MBA from Tier I institute and professionally qualified as MBB/ BB and Lean Master / Facilitator from leading institute / organization
- Candidate must have demonstrated leadership capability in managing teams apart from highest level of interpersonal capability.
- Candidate must possess highest level of communication and oratory skills having led training interventions across organizations
