Responsibilities for Performance Marketing :
- Responsibility for the ownership and management of the campaign budget to an expected ROI and achieve/exceed the program objectives
- Bring scientific rigour, entrepreneurial thinking, and a business mindset to design and analyse marketing experiments that tell actionable stories with data
- Interacts with property Database Marketing Managers and Analysts to understand property marketing initiatives and measure performance results
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate them
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Coordinate asset management and on-time delivery to the agency
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team as required by the opportunities you have identified
Qualifications for Performance Marketing :
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, and possibly languages, Masters is a plus
- Extensive knowledge about Digital Performance Marketing
- Need Experience with Keyword Research and Planning
- Work closely with channel managers and internal teams to spot trends, optimize performance, and drive innovation
- At least 5 years experience as Performance Marketing Professional
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
- A comprehensive understanding of Facebook Ads and Google AdWords including but not limited to: ad auction, bidding types, general advertising ecosystem, copy & creative, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.
