Lead - Copywriting
- Plan and execute channel-wise content strategy as per the KPIs of each channel
- Develop & manage content across channels & platforms including blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, website, ads, banners, emails, newslettters, in-store communications, etc
- Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
- Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identifying customers' needs to recommend new content or tweak existing content startegy.
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new business initiatives, promotions, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Internal creative team & external agencies
- Manage the distribution of content across all channels
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content & adapt existing content to stay abreast the latest trends
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Track platform analytics to ascertain content engagement levels or other KPIs as set
