Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of visual creative development work across channels from concept to completion.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects.
- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
- Manage, Style and Lead product layouts, photo & video shoots and campaigns.
- Maintain a cohesive visual and thematic style for all projects and campaigns as per the brand guidelines.
- Liaison with social media manager, graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, and brand manager in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
- Develop new concepts to highlight product stories and key messages as per the business requirement as well as medium of communication. Develop detailed templates and references for creative layouts.
- Research market & style trends, consumer needs and competition landscape.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Meet budget requirements by forecasting and managing expenses.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.
- Oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in art, design, marketing, or similar fields
- Relevant experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry
- 2 to 5 years' experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
- Understanding and experience with photography (model as well as product shoots), graphic design, video editing, animation, fashion styling etc. to be able to manage all forms of visual content requirements.
- Flair for styling. Keen sense on latest styles trends, attention to details
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising visuals (static or motion) that engage, inform and motivate.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with a strong creative vision and an eye on business objectives
