Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Factory HR
- Data Management: Thoroughly maintain records and streamline the data management processes
- Productivity Improvement: To continuously work on improving people productivity, by promoting new line management concepts, skill building, etc.
- HR Projects: Manage and lead HR-related projects such as policy updates, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Contract Labour Management: Liasion with contractors on a regular basis and improve the manning, absenteeism etc.
- Employee Engagement: To work out a Monthly Employee Engagement plan linked to Plant Business Plan with the alignment of all stakeholders and execute the same effectively
- ESG: Develop the plant policies and environment to be ESG Compliant.
Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Campuses
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR in a factory setup
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with varied stakeholders across different teams and functions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
