Location: Delhi

Scope of the role:

1. Train Area Business Managers (ABMs) and Store Managers (SMs) on product details, new updates, and operational best practices to enhance their expertise and store performance.

2. Develop and implement digital training content to facilitate seamless learning and continuous development.

3. Conduct mystery audits to evaluate store standards, customer experience, and compliance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

4. Lead executive training programs, ensuring leadership readiness and alignment with business objectives.

5. Oversee and facilitate induction training for new staff, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and adherence to company standards.

6. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through structured assessments, feedback mechanisms, and on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives.

Key Competencies:

1. Strong communication skills with proficiency in regional languages.

2. Willingness to travel locally and upcountry for training programs and audits.
